We really hope you’re loving your Gbemi pieces as much as we do! But if you ever need to return something, no worries, we’re here to make it easy for you.
To help avoid any hassle, we recommend double-checking your size before placing an order. You’ll find all the sizing details in each product description. How to Return an Item:
Need to make a return? No problem, just head over to our Gbemi | Return Portal to submit a refund request.
For returns in Canada, please email customerservice@gbemi.co.uk so we can provide your return label.
If you purchased shipping protection and your item was lost, stolen, or damaged, please use this link to file a claim: Shipping Protection Claims Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Please make sure your item is:

Has all original tags attached
- Returned with your Order Number
When trying on your piece, we kindly ask that you handle it with care. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns with signs of wear, damage, or scent (like makeup, spills, or perfume), and these will be sent back to you.
We want everyone to receive their Gbemi pieces in perfect condition, so we do reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that aren’t returned in a resaleable state.

- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
- Don’t forget to include your Order Number. This helps us process your refund faster!
- For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery service when sending your return to us.

Refund Timeline:

- Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
- Please keep in mind that your bank or payment provider might take a little extra time to reflect the refund in your account.
- While we’re unable to confirm each return individually, feel free to reach out to our customer service team if it’s been more than 14 working days since we received your return. We’ll be happy to look into it for you!
Shipping Fees:
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your return is due to a faulty item or a mistake on our end.
Missing Returns:
